Your role

The Gripen that flies in 2035 is being decided right now.

Not in a hangar, but through strategic planning, capability studies, requirement setting and customer dialogue. As Product Manager for the Gripen Weapon System, you will help shape the long-term direction of the product and define the capabilities needed to meet future operational and customer needs.

You will own part of the Gripen product across its full lifecycle, from early concept to eventual retirement. Your focus will be on understanding where the product needs to go, why, and what is required to get there.

In practice, this means:

Developing the long-term product strategy and direction, based on operational needs, customer requirements, technology, market trends and Saab's business strategy.
