Research assistant/Bioinformatician

One year position as research assistant/bioinformatician, with possibility for prolongation, is available at the Section for Cancer Cytogenetics, Department of Pathology, Oslo University Hospital (OUS). Start up date 01.november 2026, or as soon as possible. The Section for Cancer Cytogenetics performs advanced cancer cytogenetic diagnostics analyzing neoplasia-specific genome abnormalities in cancer cells, in addition to performing research in biomedicine to gain new knowledge that can contribute to better patient care. We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented bioinformatician who can join our ongoing and new projects.
