We are looking for a Service Operations Engineer to maintain and support our internal cloud platform and infrastructure services. This is a technical operations role without direct customer communication and does not require extensive software development. Responsibilities Ensure the stable operation and availability of cloud infrastructure and hosted services. Administer and support Kubernetes platforms and containerized workloads. Execute software deployments, infrastructure updates, capacity expansion, and scheduled maintenance activities. Respond to operational alerts and troubleshoot issues affecting servers, storage, networking, and cloud platforms. Review system logs, monitoring data, and performance metrics to identify root causes of incidents. Work closely with Cloud Engineering, Network, Infrastructure, and Development teams to resolve technical issues.
