Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards translating complex operational data into actionable insights for business operations stakeholders; ensure models are performant, scalable, and governed. Build and maintain automated workflows and business applications using Power Automate and Power Apps, reducing manual effort across core operations processes (approvals, data collection, escalation routing).
