Director of AI Enablement

We're looking for a Director of AI Enablement At Oda, we develop affordable grocery services to make the logistics of living surprisingly easy. We started by building Norway's leading online grocery store, and we're building one of the most effective retail systems in the world, delivering groceries to thousands of Scandinavian doorsteps every week. AI maturity is a prioritised target for Oda in 2026 — and will be the base off which we “re-found” Oda as an “AI mature” company in 2027 and beyond. We've already brought on a strong infrastructure engineer to build the technical core of our new AI Enablement Team. What we're missing is someone senior enough to set the agenda, not just execute one: someone with deep passion for AI and the charisma and experience needed to lead the way to greatness - who never stopped being technical enough to open an editor and prove the point themselves.
