Starting in September 2026, we are looking for a long-term employee for the position of Operations Manager of a mountain outdoor base in Norway . BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY During the summer season, we operate an outdoor activity base offering rafting, canyoning and mountain carts . In summer 2026, we welcomed 3,621 guests. The summer season runs from mid-May to mid-September. During the winter season, we operate a small ski centre with the longest toboggan run in Norway and a ski rental service. In winter 2026, we welcomed 4,774 guests. The winter season runs from mid-December to mid-April. During both seasons, guests can stay in our apartment or lavvo camp (maximum capacity of 49 people), and enjoy the facilities (sauna, hot tub, party lavvo and gas grill).
