About This Course

Neurodiversity — the natural variation in human brain function — includes conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and Tourette syndrome. Neurodivergent individuals represent an estimated 15-20% of the population. This course helps managers, HR professionals, and colleagues understand neurodivergent conditions, recognise the strengths they bring, and create environments where neurodivergent employees thrive. You will learn about specific conditions, communication strategies, sensory-friendly workplaces, and how to design roles and processes that play to neurodivergent strengths.
