Älmhult is where IKEA began in 1943 and remains a place where people from around the world come together to work, live and experience IKEA. At IKEA Älmhult AB, around 270 co-workers run and develop IKEA Museum, IKEA Hotell, Bölsö, restaurants, cultural experiences, workplaces and outdoor areas that welcome and support co-workers, guests and the local community. And there’s more to come. At the beginning of 2027, we’re opening a new kind of museum for furniture design, and in 2028, our new IKEA Hotell will open its doors. And this is where you come in. As a Digital Product Leader, you will lead the development and implementation of viable, valuable, feasible, and desirable digital products.
