Key Responsibilities Occupational Health Management -Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s occupational health strategy. -Develop and maintain workplace health risk assessments, health surveillance programmes, and medical screening initiatives in line with statutory requirements. -Coordinate pre-employment health assessments, return-to-work evaluations, and fitness-for-task assessments. -Advise management on occupational health risks, control measures, and workplace adjustments.
