Design System Lead

One of Nordic Investin’s partner companies is looking for a Design System Lead, with Nordic Investin leading the recruitment process. You want a design system to accelerate good decisions, not become a library everyone admires and nobody can adopt. The partner is consolidating fragmented interface patterns across several products. You will lead the design system as a shared product, aligning design and engineering on components, accessibility, contribution and a roadmap grounded in real team needs. Design is embedded in product and service decisions rather than added after scope is fixed. The team expects evidence, accessibility and implementation constraints to be considered from the beginning and revisited after release.
