Digital Accessibility Specialist

Nordic Investin is recruiting a Digital Accessibility Specialist on behalf of one of our partner companies. You make accessibility concrete enough for teams to design, build and test, rather than leaving it as a compliance statement. The partner wants to improve accessibility across customer and employee facing digital services. You will combine expert reviews, practical coaching and governance to help teams identify barriers early and deliver experiences that work for more people. Design is embedded in product and service decisions rather than added after scope is fixed. The team expects evidence, accessibility and implementation constraints to be considered from the beginning and revisited after release.
