Enterprise Architect (m/f/d) AI Governance & Architecture (Software-Architect)

The following challenges await you: - As Enterprise Architect (m/f/d) AI Governance & Architecture, you will shape, position and further develop the Enterprise Architecture discipline with a dedicated focus on Artificial Intelligence within the Heraeus Group. - You will define and evolve enterprise-wide AI reference architectures, architecture principles, guardrails and decision frameworks to ensure that AI initiatives are scalable, secure, compliant and aligned with the overall business and IT strategy. - In close collaboration within IT, the AI & Digitalization Office and key stakeholders such as Information Security, Legal, Compliance, Data Protection and Risk Management, you will help establish a consistent and pragmatic approach to AI governance across the group. - You will contribute to the further development of the AI governance process, ensuring that current and future regulatory requirements, internal policies and enterprise architecture standards are appropriately reflected
