About the Assignment:
The client is seeking skilled Data Scientists to support a cross-functional AI initiative focused on enhancing customer-facing digital services. The selected consultants will be part of an Analysis/AI team, collaborating closely with IT professionals and business stakeholders.
The primary objective of this assignment is to design and develop an intelligent customer chat solution within the Microsoft Azure environment. This solution will handle both general inquiries and personalized, data-driven responses using customer and operational data.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and refine LLM-based solutions integrated with existing AI agents
Develop, train, and validate machine learning models used in customer interaction platforms
Leverage structured and unstructured datasets, including customer, facility, and measurement data, to enable personalized chat responses
