Manager Sustainability Digitalization (d/f/m) (ESG-Manager/in)

About this Position Lead ESG digital product development and automation initiatives, translating sustainability and business needs into scalable digital solutions. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sustainability, BUs/Fs, IT) to deliver user-centric data tools, ensure governance, audit readiness, and continuous capability building. What you´ll do - Define ESG use cases, target outcomes, and optimal sequencing of apps and automation tools in collaboration with governance and DX teams - Gather and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions across Sustainability, Business Units, Functions, and IT - Lead and coordinate digitalization and automation projects, including scoping, budgeting, and implementation - Deliver user-friendly dashboards and front-end solutions to enable seamless data access, interaction, and high data quality - Ensure proper documentation of data tools for audit, training, and assurance purposes - Establish cross-functional, product-centered team
