IT System Engineer – Infrastructure, Applications & Support

You will manage and further develop the IT environment. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and maintaining Windows Servers and Microsoft 365 . Looking after the network, virtualisation, cloud, backups and IT security . Managing computers, laptops, telephony, printers and other IT equipment. Maintaining business applications, including ERP and CRM systems . Managing user accounts and access rights. Supporting colleagues with technical questions and issues. Analysing incidents and finding solutions independently. Turning user needs into practical IT solutions. Managing business applications and digital tools and contributing to their further development with users and external IT partners . Contributing to IT projects and proposing improvements.
