Norway's largest business confederation ran an inclusion programme with an 80% job-offer rate
NHO ran Ringer i Vannet from 2012 to 2018 — a structured inclusion programme placing people with disabilities and other barriers into internships at member companies. 80% of participants were offered a job at the end of their placement. The model has since been institutionalised through Vi inkluderer!, run jointly with NAV and major employer and employee federations.
