KAI er et tiårig partnerskap mellom OsloMet og NAV som produserer forskning, kunnskap og utdanning om arbeidsinkludering. Senteret dekker hele kunnskapskjeden: fra forskning og systematiske kunnskapsoppsummeringer til videreutdanning og formidling. KAI-forskning har bl.a. vist hvordan diagnostiseringskrav kan medikalisere unge, og «hybridmodellen» for veiledning – utviklet ved Arbeidsforskningsinstituttet – implementeres nå ved NAV-kontorer over hele landet. KAI-podden er en av OsloMets mest lyttede podkaster med over 50 episoder.
