Robert Dimitri Kvalheim has struggled with anxiety and depression since childhood. Through a NAV work placement (NAV-tiltak) at DNT ReTuren Syverksted in Bergen — a repair workshop for outdoor clothing — he has finally found his place in working life. ReTuren is run by Bergen og Hordaland Turlag and combines circular repair work with social inclusion, offering work training where NAV and the employer share the cost of the participant's salary.
