For a new innovation initiative, we are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can uncover what matters to users and turn those insights into clear concepts and experiences. This is not a delivery role within an established product with a fixed roadmap. You work in an early phase, where the problem space and potential solutions are still being explored. You lead discovery, make ideas tangible, and help the team determine which opportunities are relevant, understandable, and worth developing further. You make sure product decisions are grounded in customer and user insight rather than internal assumptions.
