Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team based in Kongsberg. You will be responsible for delivering our Global Talent Acquisition process as part of our Shared Services team. Job Description: Manage the full recruitment cycle end-to-end. Partner with business leadership, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs. Collaborate with Hub India to design attractive job descriptions and role advertisements. Identify and implement efficient recruitment methods and strategies and use of AI hiring tools. Support hiring managers with screening, shortlisting, and interviews. Engage in compensation evaluations for employment offers. Coach and mentor the hiring community in recruitment best practices. Develop candidate pipelines and maintain up-to-date talent pools.
