Main Duties and Responsibilities:Lead and support engineering project delivery through effective coordination and liaison with key project stakeholders including clients, design teams, main contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.Review and become fully familiar with project design specifications, IFC drawings, and overall project scope requirements.Oversee the BIM coordination process to transform design information into installation and fabrication drawings while ensuring specification compliance and programme priorities are maintained.Ensure engineering deliverables align with the overall project programme and do not negatively impact project schedules.Manage technical submittals, approvals, and design coordination activities.Ensure all mechanical installations are completed in accordance with project specifications, QA procedures, and agreed benchmarking standards.Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain adequate information flow and ensure works progress in line…
