The Cell Line Development group within the Global Cellular Sciences department at Evotec headquarters in Hamburg is seeking a highly motivated and dedicatedResearch Assistant (all genders)Cellular SciencesFull-time and permanentResponsibilities:- Cultivate and cryopreserve a variety of eukaryotic cell lines under different culture conditions and at varying scales ensuring alignment with customer specifications, project objectives, and quality standards- Independently generate stable polyclonal and monoclonal cell lines using viral transduction and plasmid transfection techniques (electroporation, lipofection)- Characterize engineered cell lines using flow cytometry, immunofluorescence staining and western blot- Independently plan, execute and troubleshoot assigned experimental activities- Analyse experimental data using established software and tools (e.g., CASY Counter, FlowJo, IncuCyte, Excel), and communicate results in a timely manner to project teams and stakeholders- Accurately e…
