Engineering Manager – Building Services (Industrial Projects)

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager – Building Services for a major industrial transformation project supporting the transition toward fossil-free steel production in Luleå.You will lead engineering delivery for critical building services within a large-scale industrial facility, covering HVAC, VVS, potable water, fire protection and Building Management Systems (BMS).Key Responsibilities:- Lead engineering activities across large-scale brownfield and greenfield CAPEX projects- Manage HVAC, heating, ventilation, VVS, water supply, fire protection and BMS integration- Coordinate technical interfaces and constructability reviews- Ensure engineering deliverables meet safety, quality and regulatory requirements- Collaborate with engineering consultants, suppliers, contractors and construction teams- Drive technical decisions and optimize plant layouts- Manage engineering schedules, cost forecasts and design-to-cost targets- Ensure timely delivery of drawings, specification…
