The Economics of Inclusion / European Union / Business Case
European Disability Forum report (2024, funded by Google.org) based on 565 employer questionnaires collected by national experts in 26 EU countries and the UK in 2023 (not a random sample). Only a quarter of employers have an HR policy on hiring persons with disabilities and only 1 in 4 join inclusion programmes; 81% have no policy for providing assistive technologies and 75% do not know whether employees use them.
